If you have a cat (or several!) who’d like to stay with us for their holidays, please complete and submit this form. Then we should know everything necessary, to provide your pets with high quality care.

If you have trouble with any of the questions, just send us an email and we’ll sort things out.

If you plan to make multiple bookings, you will only need to fill this form in the first time you book. We can then keep your information for future reference, and you’ll just need to let us know if anything changes (for example, if your cat gets their next booster vaccination, or you get a new phone number).

Would you like your cats to share a pen, or have separate pens? The greatest number of cats who can share a regular pen is two. The greatest number who can share the penthouse is four, but this number will be lower for very large breeds like Maine Coons. *

Please provide full details of the medication, including its name, how often your cat has it, how it's usually given (for example, eye drops, tablets hidden in a treat, etc.), and any special storage requirements or other necessary information (for example, insulin which needs to be kept refrigerated). *

There may be additional charges for looking after cats with special or complex medical needs, such as diabetic cats. Please ensure you bring along adequate supplies of any medication, to last through your cat's entire stay with us.
