Adoption Questionnaire Please read the following:
Our adoption fees start from £135 for adult cats/£300 for adult dogs, and £150 for kittens/£350 for puppies. This includes the cost of their neutering, vaccinations, and other necessary healthcare. Senior pets or those with special needs can have a lower adoption fee, to reflect the additional care they may need.
The cost of owning a pet includes many things. Are you prepared to pay vet bills when required? If an emergency happens, and you aren’t covered with insurance, there might be a large unexpected expense. If you go on holiday, boarding kennels & catteries cost around £20 per night, and require that your pet’s vaccinations are up to date.
Dogs can live for 15 years, cats for more than 20, and rabbits up to 10 years. Are you certain you’ll be able to commit for that amount of time, no matter what else happens in life?
If you are filling in this form on behalf of somebody else (for example, an older relative who wants a pet but isn’t confident with computers), please remember to put their contact details and not yours. If you are under 18, ask your parent/guardian to fill the form in, as they would have the legal duty of care for a new pet.
