A home for life

For animals who cannot be rehomed, our commitment does not end.

Not all animals that come to us are able to be rehomed.

Consistent lifelong care

Some have ongoing health or behavioural needs, while others are not suited to a home environment. In these cases, they remain in our care long term. This includes some of our dogs, particularly those who may struggle in a domestic setting or require more specialised management than most homes can provide. These animals remain with us permanently, where they can be cared for safely and consistently.

Farm animals and feral cats

We also provide long-term care for several farm animals, including ex- battery hens and other birds, as well as sheep and donkeys.

In addition, we care for feral cats who are not suitable for domestic homes. These cats are neutered, fed daily, and free to move around the site.
